All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Delivery takes approximately 2 to 3 business days once your order leaves our premises. Deliveries are made between 07:30 -17:30 unless otherwise stated by our courier partner. We will contact you via email or text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of delivery. 

Flat rate shipping: We offer a flat rate of R150 for shipping on general items and R300 for large items such as surfboards. Please note that currently we do not deliver outside of South Africa.
